MENUMENU
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
By purchasing a our Pint-on-demand product (the “Product”), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Heart & Soul Whisperer Art Gallery Pty ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) thoroughly before making a purchase. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not proceed with your transaction.
All our Photo prints are individually produced to the highest possible standards using the finest archival materials and processes to ensure the integrity of your artwork for years to come and as such they require meticulous details and are not created as a production line of Artworks. Normal turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days. Bulk orders will have longer turnaround time.
If you are in an absolute urgent need, and you lived in Australia, we might be able to arrange a faster turnaround time than normal, but contact us first as to how fast you wanted it and your whereabouts.
Because each one is custom made, you have to take into account the Normal turnaround time of our Production plus the Shipment days. Most orders are processed within 3-5 days upon receipt of your order and shipped within 10 to 14 business days. However, some items may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling. The expected processing time for each object is noted on the item detail page under “Shipping.”You need to allow up to 4-6 weeks to get your order into your door. This is only an approximation, depending on where you are and how many you are ordering, it could be shorter or longer than expected. We usually try our very best to get into your door the soonest and shortest amount of time that we can.
Each print is created, sealed, and securely certified in Melbourne Australia before being dispatched insured to your door anywhere in the globe. We want you to be able to enjoy your fine art print for as long as possible, so all of our images are guaranteed for the original purchaser’s lifetime.
Every painting is meticulously wrapped to guarantee it arrives in pristine condition. All rolled photographs are delivered frame-ready in a protective tube, ensuring your fine art print arrives in perfect condition, allowing you to decide the framing option that best suits your needs. Our framed products are shipped in protective gallery packaging, worldwide, to prevent any damage during transit.
The Rolled tubes we used for shipping are extra thick reinforced materials and generally quite sturdy, making them capable of withstanding the typical pressures of transit
Wear cotton gloves when handling prints, to stop any oil in my hands from getting on them and generally help to prevent me from marking them. It’s important to note too that if you brush the face of a matte print you can easily mark it, even with gloves on, so you basically treat that as a no-touch area.
Due to Russian customs regulations, we are unable to ship to Russian residential locations. Shipments must be delivered to a business address and imported solely through that firm.
Please keep in mind that we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to embargoes, sanctions, war, disruptions, local legislation, or other restrictions.
We used DHL certified shipment and insurance for all international orders. Australia wide, we use Austpost -free express post shipment and with free insurance.
As these are high value items or important artworks, delivery will “require signature upon receipt” means that when the package arrives, the recipient must physically sign for it to confirm they received the item, ensuring that only the intended person can accept the delivery and providing proof of delivery for the sender; essentially, the package cannot be left unattended without a signature.
Before the intended delivery date, you will receive notification directly from DHL of the expected delivery date and time frame. You have the option to request the item left on a safe place. When you choose this option and your high value item was stolen, we don’t have any responsibility to your decision of leaving the item without actually receiving it in person. A DHL courier will take a photo of the item being delivered as proof of its condition, as well as to document the delivery location and confirm that the package was left in the correct place; this often serves as a substitute for a signature if the recipient is not present to sign for the delivery.
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the item purchased, as well as by the shipping destination being Metro, Regional or Remote and the object’s origin (the origin is indicated on the item detail page under “Shipping”). All packaging, handling, and insurance fees are included in the shipping cost.
If an item requires special packaging or handling due to its dimensions, weight, or materials, additional shipping costs may be incurred.
If you require bulk order, send us an email first if you require approximate cost of shipment fees.
We do not charge customs or taxes on foreign orders; rather, these must be paid by the buyer upon import. International collectors are responsible for any fees, tariffs, customs, taxes, or charges incurred after purchasing the artwork.
Please keep in mind that customs processes packages in a restricted timeframe. If your order is not collected promptly, the artwork may be returned to us or become government property. If you return the artwork, you will be charged additional shipping fees to resend it to you.
For small order, we provides FREE complete insurance coverage for all shipments. We will replace or repair any damage that occurs during transit from our production plant to the address specified on your order. We cannot cover items after they have been relocated from their original delivery location.
Our packaging is meant to reduce the possibility of damage or breakage, but we have no control over what happens during transit.
Before you accept a package from the delivery person, you should carefully look it over to check for any visible signs of damage, like dents, tears, wet spots, or crushed corners, to ensure the product inside wasn’t harmed during shipping; if you see damage, you should inform the courier and potentially refuse the package depending on the severity. You can refuse delivery if the package appears damaged as presented to you; in which case, we would strongly recommend that you take photos of it (without handling it) clearly showing the apparent damage, because your having refused delivery (without cause) does not automatically place an obligation on the buyer to issue you a refund for the order.
Visual inspection: Quickly scan the package for any obvious signs of damage.
Don’t sign if damaged: If you see damage, do not sign the delivery receipt until you have addressed the issue with the courier.
Document damage: If you do accept a damaged package, take photos of the damage to support any claims you may need to make with the seller.
If your Retail Products package arrives damaged or broken, please notify us! Email us the proof ie photos showing that the package was damaged in transit. We’ll gladly replace it, but we’ll need a photo of the damage. Send at least 4-6 digital images of the damaged box . Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include a copy of the shipping receipt as well as photographic evidence of the damage for us to assess. If your request is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the new goods to you.
No.
DHL (International Deliveries Only)
Packages normally arrive at local customs offices within 2-3 business days. The delivery date to the final destination is dependent on the collector’s response and cooperation during the clearance procedure.
For any address updates, we must be notified before the shipment leaves our facility.
If we receive notice of an address change after the item has left our facility, you will be liable for any and all shipment reroute fees including delays or package being lost in transit, which we will not be responsible for it.
Yes, you can postpone the shipping to a specific date. Under no circumstances can the delay exceed 180 days from the date of purchase. If the Buyer does not provide a shipment date within 180 days of purchase, the Seller will send the purchased work(s) to the address on file in the order form once 180 days have passed. All works are custom orders, and production of the purchased work(s) will commence immediately following payment and will be held by the Seller until the above date.
Given the significant production costs required after production has begun, any request to cancel this order or otherwise modify the created picture (e.g., raising or decreasing size, changing image, etc.) will result in a 50% restocking fee. Due to the shipping and manufacturing timing, the ordered work(s) cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or reimbursed on the dispatch date or after shipment happens.
Once we shipped your parcel, we will email you with a tracking number and details.
Alternatively, to have access to order details, you must first create an online account. Once set up, log in to your account and navigate to the account history tab. This page will show you the status of all current and former orders. If your order has delivered, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Tracking numbers for open orders can also be found on the order details page in your account history. If you opt to order as a guest without making an account, this feature will be unavailable; however, we will still send you email confirmations of your order and shipment.
We cannot guarantee rush delivery. However, if you are in need of expedited processing and shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Her creative process seems like a yin and yang, with a strong passion for each end of the colour spectrum—from black and white to art that displays a visual feast of colour..These different parts of her artistic persona balance each other. She feel strongest consistent love of abstract art—in all of its different forms, be it a real painting or digital art or in photography. She love the creative process involved in searching your imagination for inspiration. She love the vibrancy and colour explosion in abstract works, which expresses mood and infuses the art with life of its own, built upon richly coloured paint and a wide rangeof textural effects, painting strokes, and styles..She always seek inspiration by how something so small and seemingly insignificant can be transformed into something big and beautiful and full of life with colour, forms, lines, and light. She like that the unfolding of things—with different perspective and imagination—will begiven a chance to turn into something beautiful..She love her artistic journey of creating and improvising something, from simple realistic images to abstract renditions, and ending up with something entirely different.
